Sally Phillips and her husband, Richard Phillips, started Phillips Signs in 1979 and incorporated in 1982. They have been fabricating and installing billboards for out front, outdoor signs, and other billboard sign companies in Texas, Missouri, and Chicago.
They have fabricated and installed billboards at the Texas Motor Speedway and the GrandPrairie Lone Star Park. They also did most of the inside signage at the old Texas Stadium. Signages for Best Buy all over Texas were also fabricated and installed by their company.
They have fabricated signages for Potbelly, Einstein, Qdoba, Red Wing Shoes, Herbology & Teriyaki. They sold their assets in 2008 and retained their electrical business.
